Is The Pill free?
Yes. Every reminder and tracking feature is free, supported by small ads that never see your health data. The Pill Pro is an optional one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks extra customisation.
Does it work if my pack has no break?
Yes. During setup you choose whether your pack has break days or runs continuously, and The Pill follows along.
What happens if I take my pill late?
You decide how many minutes count as late. If that window passes, you get a follow-up reminder and a Live Activity on your Lock Screen until you mark it taken.
Will someone see what the app is for?
With discreet notifications, pill reminders read like a friendly nudge (“Hey, it’s time.”) without mentioning a pill. Widgets have a discreet mode too.
Is this medical advice?
No. The Pill is a reminder and tracker. Always follow your doctor’s guidance and your pill’s leaflet, especially after a missed pill.
