We usually reply within two working days.

Write to us

Email support@copycut.it. The fastest way is Settings → Contact support in the app, which adds your app and iOS version. You can remove anything from the email before you send it.

Reminders don’t arrive

  • Check iOS Settings → Notifications → The Pill: notifications must be allowed.
  • Focus modes and Do Not Disturb can hold reminders back. Add The Pill to the allowed apps.
  • Open the app once after an iOS update, a time-zone change or restoring your phone, so reminders are rescheduled.
  • Live Activities need iOS Settings → The Pill → Live Activities to be on.

The Pill is a reminder, not a guarantee. If you missed or were late with a pill, follow your pill’s leaflet and ask a doctor or pharmacist.

Fix a wrong time

On Today, tap Undo right after logging, or Adjust Date & Time to change when you took it. For earlier days, open Calendar, pick the day and tap Edit details.

Add a widget

  1. Touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen.
  2. Tap Edit, then Add Widget.
  3. Search for The Pill, pick a size and tap Add Widget.

The app has a short how-to video in Settings → App settings → Widget customization.

The Pill Pro

The Pill Pro is a one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks extra customization. If you changed phone, tap Restore purchase on the Pro page while signed in to the same Apple account. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy choices

Change your ads and analytics choices in Settings → Manage Consent, and tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Read the full Privacy Policy.

Your data

Your pill and period data are stored only on your iPhone, so we can’t see, restore or delete them for you.

  • Delete everything: delete the app from your iPhone.
  • Emails you sent us: ask at support@copycut.it and we’ll delete them.

Make a privacy request

Under the GDPR you can ask us about the personal data we hold, which is mainly support emails, since your app data never reaches us. Each option opens a ready-made email. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm it’s really you.

To withdraw consent for ads or analytics, use Settings → Manage Consent in the app; it takes effect immediately. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or your local authority.
